UK General Data Protection Regulations
On 25th May 2018 the General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) replaced the current EU Directive and is applicable to all Member States.
Whilst the Information Commissioners Office has described the new regulation as “evolution not revolution” there are some significant changes, and it is important to ensure that you are compliant.
The ICO have provided some excellent guidelines and lots of information but it may take a lot of your time to work through it.
